Nayur KHAN

Nayur is a partner at McKinsey and part of the QuantumBlack, AI by McKinsey team – based in London. He predominantly focuses on helping organisations build the muscle and capabilities to industrialise and scale artificial intelligence (AI) to improve their performance – this includes helping those organisations navigate innovations, technologies, processes, and digital skills as needed. His work has spanned multiple sectors and industries, from energy, healthcare, life sciences, finance, and retail. He assists organisations with moving past pilots and experiments with AI to industrialised implementations that run reliably at scale. Before joining QuantumBlack, Nayur helped organisations with strategies and implementations that involved data, tech, machine learning, and AI driving digital change and impact. He has built and led multiple engineering teams with different skills and disciplines to deliver complex technology solutions and products.
