Divya Dwivedi is an Advocate practising at the Supreme Court of India. Her background in Engineering and Management is what brings in the difference in her legal practice. Her focus areas are but not limited to AI, Privacy, Cyber Laws, Psychology, Technology and its interface with Humanity along with Gender Equality. Over time she has established herself as Social Scientist as well and has been successfully running JND Charitable Trust for the betterment of society especially generating awareness and reaching out to people who need guidance. She has been absolutely vocal about creating awareness for technology alongside fundamental rights so the society at large can get the connect and be able to make informed decisions. She is Mentor and Professor who has been conducting classes to establish connect between AI and Law and trying to explain why we need to regulate AI as well as Humans with Ethics as the basis.
