SupportGenie was created to give companies tools to provide exceptional support for hardware devices. Support for electronic/ IoT devices has become increasingly important as the use of these devices has proliferated. Current support tools are severely lacking in helping resolve hardware issues on time, and the primary reason for this is a lack of tools to provide visual support. With the increase in demand for more advanced remote assistance tools, Support Genie launches AR Genie, an augmented reality (AR)-based remote visual assistance app for peer-to-peer engagement. This app is available for free on Google Play or the App Store. AR Genie helps customers and field service agents communicate remotely and exchange information easily via voice, live video, chat, and annotations. A field service agent can easily guide customers through troubleshooting problems in real-time using 3D annotations, text drawings, and file sharing (documents, photos, and videos).AR Genie bridges the skills gap by connecting workers. We are utilizing the most recent Industry 4.0 standards to ease the pain points.We have a solution for all types of businesses and enterprises, whether they are startups, medium-sized businesses, or large corporations.
