Markus KUMPF

Markus Kumpf is responsible for the “Recruiting Innovation & Technology” department at Siemens AG. The unit that unites the two things that define Siemens: people and technology. Previously, he transformed HR organizations and processes in various leadership positions at BASF and Accenture. His background in industrial engineering as well as his experience in different industries and companies enable him to find ways to integrate artificial intelligence and automation that enable the HR department at Siemens to work more efficiently and effectively. What fascinates him most about his job is the possibility to rethink the world around us and to find creative solutions through technology with purpose.
