AI4IV is a start-up company with the goal to develop and market innovative on-silicon solutions based on a patented bio-inspired approach to the integration of Artificial Intelligence and Vision. AI4IV is currently designing the first on-silicon Artificial Eye that can capture and recognize the scenes on the edge, in any environmental condition and in presence of moving objects without the support of any external computing device. Thanks to its on-silicon sensing technology (beyond HDR) and its approach to neural processing in purely-digital CMOS (no-need of in-memory computing technologies), AI4IV can deliver augmented, AI-enabled Vision Sensors in the same form factor, with the same power envelope and at the same cost of a standard low-cost camera chip.
