We have developed the Okio box device for home security, that delivers the most robust, seamless, and secure user experience yet. This new device has been developed to resolve some of the challenges of the current home security devices - false alarms and user privacy.With the new Okio box, Evometrika meets the needs of individuals and small businesses that want to protect their homes or shops via an intuitive and accurate technology that protects their privacy and data. The heart of this small but powerful device is its customised AI algorithm built on Edge computing technology, where everything runs locally, eliminating the need of external cloud for data processing.Evometrika designed the Okio box with the user in mind, offering an accurate, affordable, and easy to use all-in-one solution with the highest level of privacy and safety. The Okio box can be connected to up to eight cameras, transforming them into smart ones. The algorithm detects people, animals and vehicles, and recognises familiar faces.
